If you are looking at the reviews to find the best Auto shop in the Antelope Valley you found it !! My husband and I were so fortunate to bring our 2009 Acura TSX into Auto Pros after a long and stressful situation with our car involving our insurance company and a bad faith auto repair shop that blew our engine. Auto Pros are very kind and polite and listened in detail to everything that went wrong and completely went above and beyond to resolve the issues.They are master mechanics and completed a very big job to get our car repaired. And she runs better then ever!! We are so grateful to have found an honest family oriented location to bring our vehicles to. The guys at Auto Pros were awesome in every way! They gave my 2006 Subaru Outback such a thorough inspection (catching significant things previous mechanics missed). They clearly detailed with photo proof the issues and the costs and helped me make a fully informed decision about next steps with my vehicle with my safety and well-being in mind (to sell it due to the significant repairs necessary to drive safely). They were friendly, considerate, clear, respectful and honest. They went above and beyond helping share their knowledge freely on different used vehicles and what to be aware of in the next step of my journey. I felt supported, informed, and confident in the midst of a sudden shift due to their help. I would come back here again and again.

The guys did a diagnostic test on the salvaged car I had JUST bought. They informed me of the massive amount of money it would take to get it all up to code and to be able to register the car. I cried like a fool and when I said I felt like driving the car back to the seller they encouraged me to do so and told me about the lemon laws and traders versus private sellers. I was super chicken but took the car back and lucky for me, got my money back. The guys in the store gave me their card and said to call them if that happened do they could come pick me up and give me a safe space to wait for my ride. I am seriously indebted to Dakota, Rudy , Anthony and the whole team at Auto pros. I bought a car from a private seller. I needed to get a brake and lights test before going to the DMV to register it and went to these guys after another auto shop who couldn’t do it, recommended them. I drove in and was greeted by Dakota who explained to me exactly what would be needing checking, including a dash light that I knew was on. We decided to do a diagnostic test to check for any major problems and NINE codes came up. The repairs were likely to cost upwards of $5000 on a $6000 car. The guys encouraged me to RETURN the car ( money had already been exchanged) and fortunately I did get my $ back. One of the young guys on staff even came to pick me up after I did so because I needed a safe place to wait for my ride. I’m SO grateful to these lovely men who helped out a damsel in distress and didn’t even charge me for their service because they felt so bad that I’d been duped. I learned such a lot today about unscrupulous sellers and AWESOME mechanics and men who care about their trade, and will forever be a loyal AutoPros customer. Thank you guys. Truly.
