I appreciate getting an email with photographs of the problem and a clear writeup of what is wrong and what they recommend - it instills confidence and lets me do my own research before I shell out the cash. I appreciate also that they're willing to review what they did, give honest recommendations, and show me the replaced part. I had multiple lingering problems for years with my car that they nailed down on my first visit.
