I called on Friday for an estimate to have my AC vacuumed and charged they came in middle of the pack about 40 dollars higher than the low estimate and 20 dollars lower than the high estimate. However, both of the other places I looked would have only done what I needed they did a full inspection with any reccomendations (only one) and didn't push any unnecessary services and did a full AC diagnostics (which was not included in the other shops prices) were able to squeeze me in when busy. We found out one issue which I could make the repair myself they evacuated the system I went home repaired it and came back Monday. And they re did the vaccume and recharge on the AC line.. all still within the same price (I would have had to pay again costing me double at the other shops) so while 40.00 higher than the lowest shop I ended up saving 240.00 thanks to their customer service. Additionally it may take a little longer to have you car serviced but that is a good thing that they are taking their time and doing things right where other shops are in a hurry to get things in and out and will miss things. I found some of the low reviews here completely inaccurate or likely by people who have low patience for time or people who are simply unhappy no matter what. Only thing is I wish they would do work with customer supplied parts but understand their reasoning... customer supplied parts could come from anywhere and have problems or be the wrong part and people blame them when there's a problem, and costs the shop more in labor as there's a 90 day warranty. If you need work done definitely come see them.

Auto pros did a quick and efficient job at doing my brake and lamp inspection. They did a complete thorough check of the vehicle. Not to mention it was fast. I was there no longer than a hr. Felt like 30 min or less. Will be back for future inspections, smogs, and mechanic work. Thank you guys!

I was very impressed with the extend of the inspection. Showed me things that needed my attention in the future and what needed to be taken care of sooner. This was above the inspection for re-registering my car. I definitely will be taking my car there when I need service. I was treated with respect. Definitely a plus for me (since I’m a woman). Great all around service and knowledgeable! From beginning to end they were never pushy on anything and when they did find concerns they gave you all the info and what your options are to remedy it. This will be my go to shop from now on!
