Auto Pros Lancaster is not easy to see from the main road but you'll be glad when you roll through the driveway off of 10th St W and arrive at this shop. From the start, the guys at the desk will explain your options in very clear/helpful terms. AP can handle a wide array of repair issues and they maintain a strong resume of certifications. I recently went to a dealership for a diagnostic for a noise in my car ( 2019 Audi Q7) and they quoted me 2.5k for the job and over 10k for some bogus repairs. I went to auto pros for a car diagnostic and they fixed the problem which was not what the dealership claimed was the issue, and they checked my whole car for other issues. They were very professional and respectful and I would go to them again for a repair.

I was challenged with some engine problems getting my car smog check to pass this year. The amazing team of Technicians at Auto pros did a diagnostic on my 2008 Chevy Malibu found some probable issues on what might be wrong and quickly resolved my situation, did my smog check and got me back in the road the same day. I'm totally 💯 percent satisfied with the great customer service that I received and highly recommend that if your in need of Automotive car repair this is the place to go 😁

I called because squirrel got caught inside engine and needed to be removed and engine light was on yellow. Asked Bobby to remove animal and he said they would do a diagnostic (even though i brought in one O’Reillys had just done) Bobby said diagnostic AND removal would be $220 Lo and behold they found all sorts of errors in which they wanted to do a top engine for carbon clean at the tune of over $1900. This didnt sound right so i asked my longtime mechanic and he said only spark plugs and coils replace. I called to let Bobby know that is all iwanted snd he argued with me - i told him i wanted to think about it My son picked up the car and mechanic said they saw the animal but didnt remove it- they charged me the $220 merely to run their diagnoztic machine and not fix the problem reauested When i adked Booby why the

Hi Debbie, I'm sorry for any confusion in your time here at Auto Pros, hopefully I can clear some of that up. As you see from the jobs you declined, one of them was the carcass removal. A diagnostic does not include the process and time it takes to remove and clean in this situation. Also to clarify, our diagnostic procedure goes far beyond reading codes which simply anyone can do with a code reader. Our process aims to find the root cause of the issue so it does not return. In your particular case, as you can see from our notation and your declined jobs, your oil separator is stuck in the open position and will require replacement along with spark plugs. On an Audi that repair comes out to $1207.10. On top of that, due to the heavy presence of carbon buildup, we did advise to perform an internal carbon treatment priced at $279.00. Replacement of spark plugs and ignition coils will not resolve the issues with your vehicle. If you have any further questions, please feel free to give us a call or drop by for a visit.
