Auto Pros are just that! Auto PROS! I have a 1995 Cadillac that was not passing smog. (I had parts replaced elsewhere), was suggested to Auto Pros, where I received complete transparency and honesty. I signed a form they needed to test drive and check the system in my car but as soon as Dakota found out my year car did not need that test, he immediately called me to let me know that I wouldn’t be charged that certain amount after all. He was actually eager to let me know, which I find rare these days. Dakota kept me informed as to what was going on with the repairs (they honor the CAP program) and informed regarding the State’s requirements, etc. May God bless your team, always! Customer service is amazing and unlike any other shop I previously used. Took 2004 Toyota Highlander in for my air conditioning blowing warm air. Made appointment and dropped off vehicle at 8 am the next day. Received an email with a complete pre-inspection of my entire vehicle with videos of other issues my car had. The repair estimate was sent electronically for me to approve. Once approved I was called within 1/2 hour that my a/c had a leak and the new estimate to fix the leak. Car was finished before 3 pm the same day and I picked it up with ice cold a/c now blowing out my vents. There was zero pressure that same day to fix the other items my car needs so I will return in the future to have those items addressed. Prices on the repairs were good and will make Auto Pros my 1st choice for all my auto needs.

The staff was very professional & they provided great service. Unfortunately I couldn’t get all of the services I needed completed due to pricing but the staff was very knowledgeable. I would definitely consider them for future repairs.

Just recently I needed to have my air conditioner fixed because I live in the Antelope valley. As we all know the heat gets extremely hot in the desert . So I did what I knew best, I took my work vehicle to the Pros. (The Auto Pros) Located on 10th st west between Ave J & J8. This Team of Automotive Technical Pros took my vehicle in got me diagnosed and repaired all in a reasonable amount of time. In fact, I stayed there from start to finish. I was accomadated with ice cold water, coffee and potato chips of my choice. If you are like me and you need professional repairs or advice. Go to the Pros, (The Auto Pro's) you won't regret it. It's a 1 stop shop for all your car care needs.
