I went to multiple mechanic shops just to get a break and light safety check/ certificate and theh would not help me or try to scam me. Auto pros got my car checked and ready for the dmv check. They were straight forward and got what I needed done.

I had a very good experience here today, everyone was extremely kind and helpful, even welcomed my pups in their waiting area. Great customer service from everyone.

This place says “no gimmicks” but they are all gimmicks. I wish u could give this place 0 stars. I’m not saying my car is perfect. They serviced my car and I know I had some problems with it but as soon as I got it back my car overheated the next day and my engine no longer works. They also have an insane labor price and when my car was towed back to their shop they charged me 180 dollars to tell me my engine was overheated which I already knew. They scam people, I don’t believe they use good parts, the people who work there are not helpful at all. These reviews have to be fake multiple people got towed there and everyone was annoyed and irritated by the customer service. I highly recommend for everyone to not come here at all. They will find a way to make you come back because now something’s even more wrong with it. I’ve been to a few mechanic shops and I’ve never seen someone charge this much for labor and this much to tell me my car overheated even though I knew that. They also threatened to keep my car when I was completely shocked about the labor price for a 2 minute look. I have never had an experience anywhere like this and please for the love of god, do not come here at all!

Great place. They were able to inspect my brakes and replace the pads within hours. Everything was photographed and documented each step of the way so I knew what was happening.

$180 diag. Then they wanted over $2000 for a water pump replacement, lmfao. Shame on them. I was out of there. These 5 star reviews are from people who don't know cars and think 300 for an oil change is a fair price. AVOID.

Auto Pros Lancaster is not easy to see from the main road but you'll be glad when you roll through the driveway off of 10th St W and arrive at this shop. From the start, the guys at the desk will explain your options in very clear/helpful terms. AP can handle a wide array of repair issues and they maintain a strong resume of certifications. And there are several reasons why the Google rating average at AP is so high: Quality work at a good price, excellent communication, and they stand by their work in all situations. Rudy and his team have earned my trust (for many years) and I'm happy to recommend them.

Highly recommend! They're upfront and honest about what your vehicle needs without pressuring you to add on extra services. They ensure the customer understands what the problem is, why it's a problem, and what could have caused the problem. Military friendly!
