Personnel were knowledgeable and friendly. We spoke for a while and they explained all the possible issues with my car. Even with the bad news I received, I would definitely take my car back to Auto Pros again. The diagnosis cost was reasonable and they explained all my repair options in detail. They also waited in the office after closing so I could pick up my car after work. Excellent customer service. I definitely recommend Auto Pros!

Awesome place to get a brake and light inspection taken care of for sure, but make sure 100% you change your brake fluid before you go in for a brake light inspection. I performed a complete brake fluid exchange and my tester said 1% but when they performed there test on my truck their tool said 2.9%. I passed my brake light inspection. But When I got back to my shop I ran the test again with my tester came back at 1% so just make sure that your brake fluid is 100% brand new or you will fail your brake light inspection great shop great place good people Fair pricing

Yes my experience with Auto pro was excellent they had given me an appointment and they were on time by the time I got there to the appointment and they got right to the point to let me know what was wrong with my car

Would be nice if customer ordered parts would be accepted for repairs in comparison to similar mechanic shops which provide exact same repair services.
