Lancaster Auto Repair

I have had nothing but problems with this auto shop! I went to them in December 2022 to diagnose a problem with my car. They said I needed a new turbo. They had my car for 2 days, sent me home only to return the next morning with a check engine light and loss of power while driving on the freeway. Turns out the “new” turbo was faulty and they needed to put in another new one. They had my car for another 7 days (only took 2 the first time) in which I had to incur additional costs for renting a vehicle. Over $1800 in parts/labor costs and $400 in rental costs just to find out I now have a huge engine oil leak from my turbo! Car is back in the shop and 4 hours later they still haven’t even looked at it! Never again!!!! And not to mention they completely screwed up my under carriage cover by using ill fitting bolts and not securing it properly after two overly priced oil changes. Outrageous!!!!

Friendly staff, knowledgeable, fast service, and good prices. If they give you a timeframe for service they keep their word. They are legit! Definitely will take my car back.

Got a Brake and Lamp Inspection here, took about an hour but The 2 men at the front desk were friendly and easy to speak to. Would definitely recommend. I will be returning in the future.
