I came in for a general inspection on my 2000 Avalon and it turned out there was quite a bit to get fixed and replaced, but they kept in touch, the estimate turned out to be accurate, and they showed me the lineup of all the parts they replaced so I could see the damage and wear on them. These guys do great work and are very reliable and honest. I took my car in for a diagnostic because there were multiple warning lights on the dash. They reset and retested. Everything checked off and no repairs were needed. The car later had the same issue. They tested it again but didn’t charge me for the the second diagnosis time because they warranty their service. They found a loose sensor and fixed it free of charge. I highly recommend this place. I trust them fully and I will return. Everyone should know about Auto Pros

Took my car in because it was having trouble starting. Even though they weren’t able to recreate the issue, they still checked everything else and told me things looked good. Haven’t had trouble since. The team was also extremely friendly! I never had to give them my information when I called or came in, they just recognized me and gave me the rundown, which really made me appreciate their service. They even gave me a 3-month warranty on the diagnosis and reassured me that I could bring it in again at no charge if any issues arise in that time. Overall great experience!

Great customer service and these guys are easy to talk to. Nice folks . Quick work . I had smog repairs and the guys work honest . In addition they have multiple gorages and each has a car specialist . This place has everything even car wash details. I would highly recommend to use their services
