I'm moving out of state in 4 days, and my trusty 2004 Ford Focus suddenly developed a serious accelerator problem - the gas pedal became difficult to depress - I had to baby it to get going and it was rapidly getting worse - arrgghhh! So I had an emergency need for a mechanic, my regular one was booked for a week. After no luck calling various shops for 45 minutes I finally reached Auto Pros who told me to bring it in that morning. They diagnosed it, ordered the part and said it would be ready the next day. Which it was - my amazing car runs like a top again. This was such an odd problem, one I'd never encountered or even heard of before, I had my doubts about whether they could find the problem, but they did. They also made me some great coffee while waiting! I feel very fortunate to have found Auto Pros and if I weren't moving out-of-state, I'd certainly use them again.

Anthony, Dakota, and all the mechs at this place were great. This was my first time at this shop and they made the process simple and easy for me. My car was leaking and overheating, and we all thought the worst when my engine lost power and wouldn’t turn over when trying to start it up. Anthony was able to give me a thorough and technical rundown of what could be happening. Thankfully, it was only a hole in the radiator, and they also swapped out my thermostat housing. The mechanic that worked on my car gave me a thorough walk through of the work he did. Dakotas customer service and prompt follow up was great as well. These guys are the real deal, they are legit, and they didn’t try to hustle me. They are military/veteran friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to any service men/women. Services: Install thermostat, General repairs & maintenance, Thermostat repair, Auto engine diagnostic, HVAC duct & vent repair

They quickly found out what was wrong with it and what needed to be done to fix it. Unfortunately that required taking it to the dealer. The crew at Auto Pros was very nice and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone I know!
