Always enjoy taking my Honda Accord to Auto Pros its a great environment, trustworthy, educational, and respectful. Their the only ones I trust with my car Ive used other mechanics in the past but none compare to theses professionals.

For a 30 second diagnosis. They wanted to charge me 110 dollars. And, the diagnosis charge is NOT, put towards the labor charge.

I'm sorry you don't agree with our policy of a separate diagnostic fee, but this fee is dedicated towards the extra time & thoroughness our technicians take to examine the root of the issue. In your case we did not charge for a diagnostic because a complete diagnostic had not been performed. Our estimate as per your request would've included replacing all window motors & regulators along with diagnostics to ensure all electrical components within the power window system were functioning as needed. We hope you decide to return for service & we apologize for any confusion in your estimate.

Been looking around for a shop to maintain my 2010 GTI and after too many years I finally came across this group. I love them! Their team is well oiled and work really well together. They provide relevant information and always think about their customers first. I was a bit leary until I walked in and actually met the mechanic, who is just as excited abotu GTI's as I am, and he was able to share car infomation and insights I've not heard before. Their pricing is quite competitive and they meet their deadlines. If a problem does come up, they are the first to call. I recommend this Team (Rudy, Anthony, and Decota - and the rest of their team) are clearly committed to making your experience the best. Check them out...

The whole crew is amazing to work with. We have older vehicles and keep them running. Fast friendly reliable service. Somehow they can always find the parts wouldn’t take our cars anywhere else

Only good reviews are from their basic smog test, which is the easiest thing to do. Don’t trust them to fix your car. They don’t know how to fix cars and are scared to look at your car. Confidence levels are low here. Service: Engine repair

As stated in our previous response, we are professionals, not backyard mechanics... And will not be forced into performing services without knowing what the issue is, nor do we work for free. Since you are an "automotive expert" we suggest you purchase the $1 hose you need and install it yourself.

Dishonest and a ripoff. Caught up in court for swapping good parts for faulty parts and charging you for the “repair”. You will see all the “buyer beware” signs in the shop trying to cover their rear ends lol Service: Transmission

Being a reputable shop for over 37 years and following the standards set by the BAR, we will not be forced into repairing your vehicle without properly knowing what the issue is, we are professionals, not backyard mechanics. Your antics to force a business to provide you services only proves we were wise to deny you service, please do not visit us again.
