They did a good gob on fixing the problem with my car but i had to set there a long time and was unable to fined out what was going on and i guess that was because the owner was not there and the daughter who is in the office is not very business like the father is the owner but if hes not there good luck on getting help i would have liked to have given the pl. A higher rating gust hopefully they can get someone else that can run the place when he's not there but the owner does seem to no what he is doing i did try another mechanic before him and that one failed to repaire the problem

We are happy to hear that we were able to fix your car and we do apologize for the time it took to resolve the issue. Unfortunately in this line of business things can be a little tricky to work with. As far as our office staff, the owners ACTUAL daughter is working the front now. The previous girl in the front was not the daughter of the owner and has been replaced. We do apologize for your experience with that and hope that we do see you again in the future so you can see the many changes we have made since this review.

Was charged $400 for a radiator replacement. That's just for LABOR. I had to pay extra for the radiator. Everyone I know told me I got ripped off. Didn't believe them until I saw how easy it was to replace the radiator. It's a 1 hour job tops. Super accessible on my car. Took the car back a day later because it was leaking. Didn't wanna get ripped off again so I took it elsewhere.

Sorry you felt inconvenienced, looking at your bill you were actually billed for 3 hours on your radiator at $95 an hour. Pro Demand averages radiator removal and replacement at 2 but your make and model called for 3. The other hour you were billed for was diagnosis of overheating which led to your radiator. So with the $95 diagnosis plus 3 hour labor $285 that totalled your $380 bill.

If you're looking for an honest, reliable one stop shop, this is the place to go. Everything from electrical diagnosis to air conditioning, brakes, smog check AND smog repair. They've also been in business for 35 years! The technicians are very knowledgeable and actually take the time to explain things to you in a language you can understand. Too many times I've been ripped off from other shops but this one has earned and kept my trust.
