I have been here several times since i moved out here. I have tried other places and they do not compare. Dakota, Anthony, and rudy have beautiful customer service skills. Always enjoy taking my Honda Accord to Auto Pros its a great environment, trustworthy, educational, and respectful. Their the only ones I trust with my car Ive used other mechanics in the past but none compare to theses professionals.

For a 30 second diagnosis. They wanted to charge me 110 dollars. And, the diagnosis charge is NOT, put towards the labor charge.

I'm sorry you don't agree with our policy of a separate diagnostic fee, but this fee is dedicated towards the extra time & thoroughness our technicians take to examine the root of the issue. In your case we did not charge for a diagnostic because a complete diagnostic had not been performed. Our estimate as per your request would've included replacing all window motors & regulators along with diagnostics to ensure all electrical components within the power window system were functioning as needed. We hope you decide to return for service & we apologize for any confusion in your estimate.
