Dishonest and a ripoff. Caught up in court for swapping good parts for faulty parts and charging you for the “repair”. You will see all the “buyer beware” signs in the shop trying to cover their rear ends lol Service: Transmission

Being a reputable shop for over 37 years and following the standards set by the BAR, we will not be forced into repairing your vehicle without properly knowing what the issue is, we are professionals, not backyard mechanics. Your antics to force a business to provide you services only proves we were wise to deny you service, please do not visit us again.

SO sad that there's still dishonest mechanics out there in this day and age.... so rude and they harassed me about my car. Felt uncomfortable being there. Not all of them were like that, but it seemed like the manager and the front desk worker were very rude and snobby and wanted to charge for basic questions. Very uneducated people and unprofessional. It seemed they had to be mechanics to get by in life, versus having a passion for cars. They've been here for 37 years and my family have recommended me to go there but it seemed that they have changed in the recent years. My family will not be coming back. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Spamming reviews will not change the fact that we are a legitimate business that follows the law, throwing tantrums and attempting to spread lies only makes it clear we made the right decision in refusing service. We will be flagging any further spam reviews.

Only good reviews are from their basic smog test, which is the easiest thing to do. Don’t trust them to fix your car. They don’t know how to fix cars and are scared to look at your car. Confidence levels are low here.

As stated in our previous response, we are professionals, not backyard mechanics... And will not be forced into performing services without knowing what the issue is, nor do we work for free. Since you are an "automotive expert" we suggest you purchase the $1 hose you need and install it yourself.

1. They are honest working people here , 2. They got two of my cars done in a timely manner , 3. Very friendly and straight forward. One of the only auto shops I trust in the AV. Recommend for anyone with auto problems 5/5

Nice, friendly, courteous staff. Didn’t have to wait to long, reasonably priced and they didn’t ask me to keep my Yorkie outside. That’s five stars in my book, lol. Service: Emissions testing
